Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were a bit old but had great facilities and comfy beds, although they were not well insulated, and I could hear the TV next door very clearly as if I were in the same room. The service was excellent with a friendly and helpful staff, but there was a slight issue with one snotty staff member. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with a friendly and accommodating staff, but there was a minor inconvenience with limited onsite parking. The dining experience had a nice selection of food but was a bit pricey on the second day. The facilities were top-notch and enjoyable, making my overall stay quite pleasant.
The hotel's fantastic location and comfortable room outweigh the minor issues like heat and smell in the room. The friendly staff and convenient location make for a pleasant stay overall.
The hotel is conveniently located on New Street in Killarney, close to all amenities. The rooms, although a bit tired, were clean overall, but mine had not been properly hoovered which made my experience uncomfortable as I found sequins and even a sharp object on the floor. The hotel refused to move us to a different room despite the inconvenience.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The location was great, right in the center of Killarney with easy access to various amenities, although it was a bit noisy at times. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful; however, the dining experience had some ups and downs. The room was delux although basic, and the facilities overall met my needs.
I stayed at this hotel for almost a week. The room was very nice and clean, worth the price for one night. However, the carpark entrance needs updating, and the room, though a nice size, didn't feel very clean.
I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The location is fantastic, and the staff is friendly, but some aspects left me a bit dissatisfied. The rooms were okay but had some issues, and the service was a bit hit or miss. The dining options were lacking, but the facilities were decent overall.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with spacious and spotless rooms, delicious breakfast, and enjoyable evening entertainment. The staff were pleasant and informative; however, the lack of room servicing after the first day was a downside. The location was fabulous right in the center of town, but the outside noise from late-night gatherings was a bit disruptive.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were basic and in need of upgrading, with a dated decor and some maintenance issues. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great for a short stay, but there were some drawbacks related to safety concerns and noise levels. The dining experience had its ups and downs, and the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel was in a very convenient location, right in the town center, providing easy access to shops and amenities. While the rooms were clean, they were uncomfortably cold at night despite the heating being on full blast. The service was quick to rectify issues but lacked warmth and attention in every bedroom.
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Killarney, surrounded by lively bars and restaurants. The staff is incredibly kind, and the delicious food adds to the delightful experience. However, some aspects of the rooms need improvement and the dining options were limited.
The hotel was at the very back of the hotel, which made it a bit noisy at times due to the garbage pickup, but the service was exceptional with hardworking and friendly staff. The location couldn't be more central with clean and comfortable surroundings, although parking was a bit of an issue. The dining experience was wonderful and plentiful, despite some unfriendliness during breakfast. The facilities were lacking advertised on-site parking but provided entertainment in the evening to compensate for the dated rooms.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was superb with easy access to the town center, but the parking situation was disappointing. The staff were very friendly and professional, enhancing the overall experience. However, the room cleanliness was lacking, and the dining experience left something to be desired.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were big and spacious, making me feel at home, but they were not serviced after the first day, and the room was uncomfortably hot and smelly at times. The service was a bit of a letdown as some staff members were rude, but others were amazing and very attentive. The location was superbly central with free parking, ideal for exploring on foot, yet the lack of atmosphere in the restaurant was disappointing. The dining experience was good with nice menu choices, but the food temperature was inconsistent. Despite these ups and downs, the facilities were decent overall.
The hotel is ideally located in the town center, minutes away from all shops and amenities. The rooms, although labeled as deluxe, felt basic with standard facilities. The lighting could have been better, and the proximity to the lift was a bit inconvenient. The service ranged from exceptionally friendly and helpful to rude and ignorant in some instances. The location is fantastic for exploring nearby pubs and restaurants.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but they got too hot, even with the window open all night. The service had its ups and downs; some staff members were lovely and welcoming, while others were slow and unwelcoming. The location was excellent, perfect for exploring Killarney, but the room size was a bit disappointing. The dining was good with a variety of options, but service issues were encountered. Overall, a decent stay with some improvements needed.
